Water World: The fourth floor is dominated by a vast indoor-outdoor swimming pool. We found the experience of swimming in the heated outdoor section, surrounded by snow-laden mountains, truly blissful. The pool area also includes numerous jacuzzis and Kneipp zones for hydrotherapy.
Thermal Suite: An entire floor is dedicated to heat experiences, featuring multiple saunas and steam rooms. These facilities provide ample space for guests to unwind and detoxify.
Treatment Sanctuary: The first floor houses 13 serene treatment rooms, including two private spa suites for couples or individuals seeking enhanced privacy. This level also includes a hairdressing salon and a dedicated area for manicures and pedicures.

We found the therapists to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and adept at creating a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. The Aroma Oil massage, for instance, was both soothing and effectively targeted muscle soreness, leaving us feeling simultaneously alert and profoundly calm.
Complementing the treatments, a Spa Bar offers refreshments and light, healthy snacks, allowing guests to prolong their relaxation within the spa's tranquil environment.
